If you have aggressive anti-spam software working for you then you may need to white list or approve that address in order for us to establish contact with you.
We are having an issue with MediaCom blocking our confirmation emails. We are trying to resolve this issue with them and hope to have it worked out quickly although mostly they are just not communicating with our web developers about the issue. If you are a MediaCom customer with an "@mchsi.com" email address you might let them know that you would like to receive legitimate emails being sent to you.
